Project Manager – Major Correctives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete execution of Major Component Upgrade (MCU) and Blade projects from initial planning to final closeout.

• Ensure that project delivery aligns with safety, quality, scheduling, and financial targets.

• Formulate and implement project plans, manage risks, track performance, and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Administer project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, change orders, and overall profitability.

• Recognize and address financial risks effectively.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships.

• Facilitate project status meetings and address any project-related issues and escalations.

• Coordinate the efforts of internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, logistics, and site readiness activities.

• Act as the main point of contact between customers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Promote project performance, quality, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• Extensive experience in wind energy, industrial construction, heavy lift operations, field services, or related sectors.

• Prior experience in managing Major Component Upgrades, Blade projects, or similar large-scale field operations.

• Familiarity with crane operations, lift planning, rigging practices, site logistics, and contractor management.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, and project management tools.
