Project Manager, Key Account Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate key account projects from the handover phase to successful completion.

• Assist operating companies in executing projects effectively.

• Ensure clarity in responsibilities, timelines, and communication channels.

• Coordinate with both internal and external project stakeholders.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in client-facing interactions.

• Detect risks and bottlenecks early on and devise practical solutions.

• Aid in the proposal and tender processes.

• Prepare adequately for significant client meetings.

• Continuously enhance standards and processes within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical qualification, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building services engineering.

• Proven experience as a project manager or in the execution of technical projects.

• Strong understanding of technical processes and site management.

• Confident in interactions with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 2–3 days weekly).

• Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic work approach.

• Readiness to take responsibility and unite team members.
