Project Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee intricate projects utilizing cross-functional teams.

• Deliver specified requirements while achieving the company's strategic goals.

• Aid in training and fulfill responsibilities as the Lead Project Manager.

• Manage the entire project life cycle, encompassing requirements assessment, project planning and scheduling, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the corporate project management methodology and departmental procedures.

• Keep meticulous project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.

• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and external agencies.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

• Coordinate meetings across functions.

• Provide both functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.

• Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of project management experience specifically in departmental projects.

• Prior experience as a lead in a functional area.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience, which includes hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance.

• Proficient in MS-Office applications.

• Experience in healthcare settings.

• Preferred experience in managed care.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Ability to work remotely within the continental United States.
