Project Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, monitor, and oversee intricate projects utilizing cross-functional teams.

• Achieve defined requirements while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

• Support training initiatives and undertake responsibilities as the Lead Project Manager.

• Oversee the complete project life cycle, encompassing requirements assessment, project planning, scheduling, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodologies and departmental procedures.

• Keep comprehensive project documentation, which includes meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans.

• Provide leadership and communicate project progress to stakeholders and external agencies.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, address issues, and mitigate risks.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings across different functional areas.

• Offer both functional and technical expertise across various business and technical domains.

• Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of project management experience involving departmental specific projects.

• Prior experience in a lead role within a functional area.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects or supervisory experience, which includes hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating staff performance.

• Proficient in MS-Office applications.

• Experience with technology projects.

• Preferred experience in healthcare settings.

• Preferred experience in managed care environments.

• PMP certification is preferred.
