Project Manager – Installation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging installation projects, from initial feasibility studies to project completion.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and improve process productivity.

• Manage the implementation of GE Healthcare products, services, and site preparations.

• Ensure timely completion of installations and training sessions that meet quality standards.

• Deliver projects while managing contractors and third-party vendors in accordance with GE's QA and EHS standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact between GE and customer teams.

• Collaborate closely with customer facilities and general contractors.

• Detect, escalate, and address issues that impact customer satisfaction and operational goals.

• Identify project risks, keep a project risk log, and devise action plans.

• Coordinate GE resources, encompassing product shipping logistics, installation, and training.

• Work collaboratively with sales and services teams across functions.

• Engage in regional and global initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Complete any additional projects and tasks assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a focus on BioMedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cross-functional project integration, as well as sales and service support.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Familiarity with construction disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and HVAC, along with knowledge of local regulations and global standard codes preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

• Competence in executing various commitments within environmental and customer constraints.

• Resourcefulness, dedication, and strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, with a flexible schedule that may include overnight trips as necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

• Experience in construction related to hospital projects, including civil work, structural, HVAC, and clean room operations, is desirable.

• Capability to manage multiple critical issues simultaneously.

• Ability to guide a customer independently through all aspects of design and requirements.

• Proven experience in managing teams and tasks.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
