Project Manager, Insights & Data Caching

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of Submarine implementation projects, starting from initial scoping to go-live and subsequent post-implementation reviews.

• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when necessary.

• Coordinate technical discovery, infrastructure setup, testing, and client training workstreams.

• Ensure that implementation milestones are achieved according to established timelines and client expectations.

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and promote continuous improvement.

• Act as the primary client liaison throughout the implementation process.

• Cultivate relationships with client project sponsors, technical leads, and market data teams.

• Facilitate project status meetings and steering committees, delivering updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Manage client expectations while supporting internal IT security, infrastructure, and compliance approval processes.

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Development, Managed Services, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Contribute to the Submarine implementation methodology and documentation.

• Maintain project status reports and monitor delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and issue resolution metrics.

• Participate in internal governance processes, ensuring that implementations adhere to quality and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS, fintech, or financial services setting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical implementations on schedule and within scope.

• Strong client-facing capabilities with the ability to manage relationships at both technical and executive levels.

• Excellent organizational skills, adept at handling multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.

• Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg Data License, reference data, or market data infrastructure is highly beneficial.

• Experience with on-premise or hybrid deployment models is an advantage.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment.
