Project Manager – Independent DMC, Endpoint Adjudication

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct IDEA projects, including the formulation of project plans, timelines, and budgets to guarantee effective implementation and delivery.

• Work collaboratively with teams in innovation, data science, and technology to establish project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

• Track project advancement, recognize potential risks and challenges, and apply solutions to maintain project timelines and scope.

• Enable communication among project teams and stakeholders, offering regular updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Assist in the integration of new technologies and innovative solutions.

• Supervise daily Independent DMC and Endpoint Adjudication tasks, aiding the team in achieving quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in innovation management, data science, project management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant experience in overseeing innovation or technology-oriented projects.

• Experience in endpoint adjudication is preferred.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset when engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• A background in data management or technology systems is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, committed to fostering innovation and ensuring project success.
