Project Manager III – Clinical Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, oversee, and monitor complex projects by utilizing cross-functional teams.

• Manage the entire project life cycle, which encompasses gathering requirements, developing project plans and schedules, allocating resources, budgeting, executing, deploying, and closing projects.

• Employ corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodologies and departmental procedures.

• Keep comprehensive project documentation, which includes meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management strategies.

• Lead and convey project status updates to stakeholders, including the provision of written executive summaries.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, address issues, and mitigate risks effectively.

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings across various functions.

• Offer both functional and technical expertise across multiple business and technical domains.

• Oversee project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, including design documents, testing plans, training materials, and operational documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or program management.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and project management tools.

• Experience in leading diverse groups and working within matrix-managed environments.

• PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification preferred.

• Master's degree preferred.
