📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the planning and execution of critical projects.

• Establish strategic objectives, outline project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.

• Evaluate project proposals for viability, resource needs, and potential risks.

• Make informed decisions regarding project prioritization and resource distribution.

• Create and apply sophisticated project management processes and tools.

• Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality indicators.

• Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates and anticipate project needs.

• Mentor and coach project team members.

• Develop governance frameworks adhering to industry standards, contractual commitments, and quality assurance protocols.

• Recognize and address project risks.

• Oversee project reporting and performance evaluations.

• Supervise and manage actions related to private investigations licensing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 5–7 years of experience is necessary; 8–11 years is preferred.

• Preferred certifications include: active and current Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

• Familiarity with state-specific regulations and individual investigator licensing prerequisites.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings is required.
