Project Manager II – NCCT Study Start-up Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the evaluation of potential Principal Investigators and site capabilities within Advocate Health.

• Assess the availability of patient populations, site capabilities, and factors influencing clinical trial feasibility by utilizing enterprise data, systems, and resources.

• Conduct feasibility assessments and questionnaires, integrating data and input from stakeholders.

• Serve as a liaison among investigators, industry partners, NCCT leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Organize the collection, assessment, and communication of study-specific information to facilitate the transition into study start-up.

• Identify risks, barriers, and dependencies related to feasibility and study start-up, and devise appropriate solutions.

• Foster collaborative relationships to support the clinical trial portfolio.

• Collaborate across clinical, operational, legal, finance, compliance, and administrative functions.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on feasibility and study intake KPIs.

• Spot opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing standardized, scalable methods.

• Perform additional responsibilities that align with NCCT's strategic and operational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Nursing, or Basic Science with two years of relevant administrative and medical experience in research projects or other health-related activities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong understanding of scientific principles.

• Experience in both single-center and multi-center studies.
