Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium to large-scale technology implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to completion.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for coordination between cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize ServiceNow and other project management tools to develop and manage project documentation, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Charter, Communication Plan, RAID Log).

• Organize and lead both internal and client-oriented meetings.

• Facilitate the resolution of issues and dependencies across various workstreams.

• Ensure effective project execution and hold workstream leaders responsible for meeting milestone deadlines.

• Clearly outline dependencies, risks, or obstacles and communicate or escalate them as needed.

• Identify GDPR and other compliance-related dependencies impacting project scope or delivery, and involve the necessary legal/compliance stakeholders as appropriate.

• Monitor and manage risks, timelines, budgets, and quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Provide insights for process improvements and solutions to enhance internal PMO collaboration.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager managing technology projects.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead project stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of technical security and disaster recovery principles.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

• CISSP certification is preferred.

• PMP and/or Agile certifications are preferred.
