Project Manager I – Patient Engagement and Co-Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing strategies for site training, patient recruitment and retention, as well as patient and researcher engagement activities.

• Collaborate with program leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives from the planning phase, through timeline creation, to execution and follow-up.

• Organize timelines, facilitate review meetings, and distribute training and educational materials.

• Provide support for internal systems and communications during project execution.

• Manage platforms and systems that support patient engagement initiatives.

• Upload and maintain eTMF records in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Work collaboratively to enhance standards, processes, tools, and best practices.

• Engage in communication with external stakeholders, including clinical trial participants and healthcare professionals.

• Coordinate activities with external vendors, patients, and healthcare professionals.

• Offer technical support to integrate engagement processes across various functions.

• Support practical and scalable strategies within clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or clinical research industries.

• General knowledge of clinical trial or protocol design and its effect on site and participant experience.

• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results within specified timelines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated organizational capabilities and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide them towards shared objectives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a history of identifying process enhancements and driving operational efficiencies.

• Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative setting, both in person and virtually.

• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
