Project Manager, Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete implementation of ERP automation products powered by Native-AI.

• Comprehend client needs to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancement.

• Create scalable, customized solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives.

• Work together with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and integrate systems with clients' existing setups.

• Serve as a trusted partner for clients, assisting them in maximizing the potential of blp's automation solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate customized implementation strategies and promote product adoption.

• Collect product feedback and convert it into long-term enhancements for the platform.

• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.

• Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Excellent skills in written and oral communication.

• Comfort in working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.

• Experience with ERP systems or AI-driven SaaS solutions is advantageous.

• Practical experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a plus.
