Project Manager – FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Efficiently plan and manage projects

• Coordinate teams involved in development and testing

• Ensure that functional requirements are delivered to customers

• Evaluate risks and issues, resolve problems, and prioritize tasks throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage customer communication proactively and nurture strong customer relationships

• Oversee commercial relationships with clients, including managing Contract Changes, Purchase Orders, and Billing Milestones

• Convert client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

• Conduct testing for feature and software updates

• Oversee defect tracking and resolution during functional testing and user acceptance testing executed by clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Manager role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Regular interaction with clients and key stakeholders

• Proficient in using productivity applications

• Quick and highly motivated learner of new software

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning skills, and attention to detail

• Eligibility to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship

• Experience in a technical or software development environment is a plus

• Experience in the social housing or local government sectors is advantageous

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools is a plus
