Project Manager – Financial Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of the Financial Controls Project for Nomad Foods.

• Take ownership of and oversee the financial controls project plan across all workstreams, including Technology delivery.

• Define, document, and manage various medium to large technology initiatives from initiation to closure.

• Spearhead the delivery of technical solutions through third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with Technology Governance processes.

• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and outsourced partners to coordinate delivery and mitigate dependency risks.

• Manage deliverables from Nomad and third-party partners in accordance with Nomad's guidelines and principles.

• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for delivery.

• Plan and oversee production-change cutover activities in collaboration with relevant business and support teams.

• Own and actively manage the project RAID log and contribute to the broader Elevate RAID log as necessary.

• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to Programme Leadership.

• Assist in resolving issues.

• Generate cost estimates and manage delivery in line with agreed Capex and Opex budgets where applicable.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to advance delivery outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the UK (job location: UK-Remote).

• Proven experience in defining, documenting, and managing medium to large technology initiatives from initiation to closure.

• Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of technical solutions through third-party vendors.

• Strong knowledge of technology governance processes.

• Experience in coordinating third-party suppliers and outsourced partners.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional contributors including GPOs, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Solution Design, and Service Delivery.

• Familiarity with planning and managing production cutover activities.

• Experience managing project RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Proficiency in producing cost estimates and managing Capex and Opex budgets.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and working sessions.
