This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, field support, business readiness, communications, knowledge management, or similar roles.
• Proven skills in decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects or workstreams effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and collaboration or project management tools.
• PMP certification, equivalent project management training, or completion of coursework toward project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in tax, financial services, retail, seasonal operations, field leadership, consulting, or other complex operational environments is preferred.
• Experience in supporting client readiness, workforce readiness, business readiness, product readiness, or associate enablement is preferred.
• Familiarity with workforce planning, scheduling, staffing, or tax office execution practices is preferred.
• Experience utilizing dashboards, operational metrics, feedback themes, or performance insights to inform project decisions is preferred.
• Background in governance, compliance, risk management, content quality, knowledge management, or documentation practices is preferred.
• Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
• A background in tax or finance is preferred.
