Project Manager – Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver consultative services to clients throughout the complete event project lifecycle.

• Comprehend clients’ event-related objectives and aspirations.

• Guarantee precise and timely initial configuration and event setup.

• Support ongoing configuration adjustments throughout the event lifecycle.

• Diagnose and resolve complex or difficult software issues for clients.

• Consult and educate clients on effectively utilizing the software to meet their needs and workflows.

• Ensure clients make efficient use of resources from the Product Education team.

• Guide clients in engaging the Support team for quick or asynchronous issue resolution.

• Act as an internal subject matter expert on the implementation and utilization of a2z products and services.

• Draft Statements of Work when the project scope surpasses initial expectations.

• Collaborate with Account Management to evaluate client health and identify opportunities for additional products and services.

• Contribute to project management processes, systems, standard operating procedures, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with the trade show industry and/or professional associations is preferred.

• Proficient in conducting requirements analysis with strong skills in technical and business requirements documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and consistently.

• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in workload planning, performance monitoring, and profit analysis.

• Ability to rapidly learn new technologies, grasp project requirements, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
