Project Manager – Enterprise Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, organize, and execute prominent enterprise technology initiatives.

• Assist with significant migrations linked to the integration with the Medical Home Network.

• Rapidly acclimate to ongoing projects, workstream leaders, and stakeholders.

• Develop and sustain project plans alongside owners, including milestones and dependencies.

• Monitor progress, facilitate working sessions, identify risks and obstacles, and ensure decisions are finalized.

• Take ownership of the delivery processes for ERP, HRIS, Active Directory, systems consolidation, data, and platform migrations.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Provide candid and timely updates on project status and associated risks to leadership.

• Create materials suitable for executive-level presentations for steering committee and leadership evaluations.

• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Technology and Security.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of project management experience within a technology-focused environment.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and possess sufficient technical knowledge to follow along.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without overlooking important details.

• Proficient with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure while handling high-visibility tasks.

• Experience with ERP, HRIS, or identity and directory migrations is preferred.

• Background in healthcare or health technology is preferred.

• Experience in supporting mergers or integrations is preferred.

• Comfortable navigating complexity, interdependencies, and ambiguous information.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• PMP certification is preferred; Agile certification is an added advantage.
