Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Integration – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive systems integration project following an acquisition.

• Manage the consolidation of NetSuite ERP, including master data migration, supply chain integration, WMS and Shopify integrations, Celigo configuration, EDI migration via Orderful, and possible StockIQ implementation.

• Take ownership of project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and phase-gate go/no-go criteria.

• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Coordinate with internal engineers/admins, cross-functional teams, external consultants, implementation vendors, and 3PL providers.

• Oversee the transition of physical inventory, manage cutover dates, stock reconciliation, and ensure continuity of order fulfillment.

• Monitor project budgets, vendor contracts/SOWs, and overall spending.

• Identify, address, or escalate risks and blockers as needed.

• Facilitate status meetings and generate reports for leadership.

• Manage change communications to Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation during migration milestones.

• Document processes and prepare handoff materials for post-migration support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading ERP/financial systems migrations, preferably NetSuite-to-NetSuite consolidations.

• Direct experience with EDI implementations/migrations (Orderful, SPS Commerce, or similar platforms).

• Experience with iPaaS/integration platforms, with a preference for Celigo.

• Proven experience coordinating WMS integrations and/or managing 3PL transitions, including the movement of physical inventory.

• Familiarity with Shopify in a DTC/retail context is required.

• Experience with inventory planning tools (StockIQ or similar demand planning/replenishment systems) is a plus.

• A strong track record in managing multi-phase, cross-functional technical projects that have significant financial and operational implications.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Excellent skills in risk identification, escalation, and communication with stakeholders.

• Experience in managing relationships with external vendors/consultants and handling SOWs.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Atlassian/Jira, or similar applications.

• Previous M&A integration experience is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
