Project Manager – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during customer-facing EHR implementation projects.

• Oversee multiple enterprise customer implementations at the same time.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute complex implementations across various locations and markets.

• Grasp the business and technical requirements of customers.

• Facilitate project kick-off meetings.

• Determine project scope and create project plans that include goals, outcomes, deliverables, timelines, and resources.

• Manage project budgets, resources, communications, schedules, and deliverables effectively.

• Coordinate implementation activities among customer stakeholders, locations, and internal teams.

• Provide leadership and support to the implementation team while reviewing deliverables.

• Track and report on project progress, challenges, and suggested solutions.

• Identify and handle project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate concerns as needed.

• Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of PointClickCare solutions and transition to ongoing support.

• Report on deployments, schedules, budgets, and revenue using internal processes and tools.

• Balance competing priorities across multiple customer engagements.

• Share project management knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.

• Contribute to the goals of Professional Services and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing intricate software implementations, preferably for enterprise or multi-site customers.

• Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capability to self-manage, prioritize competing demands, and achieve quality results.

• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and working methods.

• Proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging tools to innovate, resolve issues, and enhance project and customer outcomes.

• Previous experience in healthcare technology, including EHR, EMR, Pharmacy solutions, and/or familiarity with PointClickCare is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Solid understanding of systems design is a plus.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is beneficial.
