
Project Manager, Engagement and Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee project schedules for engagement initiatives, leadership gatherings, advisory councils, and support networks.
• Organize engagement activities in collaboration with field leaders, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Direct support and escalation procedures to address inquiries and enhance the associate experience.
• Lead discussions to gather feedback, identify obstacles, assess readiness concerns, and discover improvement opportunities.
• Create agendas, facilitator guides, talking points, surveys, and follow-up materials for engagement events.
• Collect and evaluate field feedback, best practices, and emerging trends to guide business decisions.
• Monitor milestones, action items, risks, and follow-up tasks across various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Training, Communications, and Product teams to ensure messaging and readiness activities are aligned.
• Assess engagement effectiveness through participation trends, feedback insights, and adoption metrics.
• Record lessons learned and suggest enhancements for future engagement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience through a combination of education and related work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, communications planning, or a similar field.
• Capability to work efficiently within a diverse team environment.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed setting and remotely (virtually).
• Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in presenting complex information to various organizational levels.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and product planning tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
