Project Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete client onboarding process, which includes setting up WABA, registering numbers, approving templates, and conducting technical integration via API and CRM/Salesforce.

• Strategize and execute WhatsApp campaign distributions, encompassing template categorization, scheduling, and troubleshooting delivery issues.

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.

• Conduct status calls and handle escalations effectively.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address issues and ensure project timelines are met.

• Keep project documentation, timelines, and status updates organized and up to date.

• Spot process inefficiencies and assist in developing onboarding and sendout playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, martech, or B2B tech sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects/clients with conflicting priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Proficient in using project tracking tools.

• Capability to define, monitor, and report on project KPIs and timelines.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business ecosystem, or messaging/CRM platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of B2B client onboarding and campaign/funnel implementation processes is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• A problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and evolving product environment.
