Project Manager – Data Platform Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Deliver project management assistance for initiatives related to enterprise data.

• Organize and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Aid in user adoption and change management strategies for new processes and reporting solutions.

• Oversee report migration projects and track advancement against established timelines.

• Keep project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items updated.

• Foster cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Help resolve issues and mitigate risks as they arise.

• Support Agile project delivery methods and ceremonies as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs.

• Preferred: Previous involvement with user adoption or organizational change projects.

• Preferred: Experience within a PMO or large enterprise context.
