Project Manager, Data – Non-technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide project management assistance for initiatives related to enterprise data.

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, including milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Aid in user adoption and change management initiatives for new processes and reporting solutions.

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress against established timelines.

• Keep project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and action items organized.

• Foster cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Support issue resolution and risk mitigation efforts as necessary.

• Assist with Agile project delivery methodologies and related ceremonies as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives.

• Preferred: Previous involvement in user adoption or organizational change efforts.

• Preferred: Experience working within a PMO or a large enterprise environment.
