Project Manager, Data-Focused

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer project management assistance for enterprise data-related projects

• Organize and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Aid in user adoption and change management initiatives for new processes and reporting solutions

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress against timelines

• Keep project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items up to date

• Promote effective communication between business and technical stakeholders

• Help resolve issues and mitigate risks

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

• Familiarity with tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives

• Preferred: Background in user adoption or organizational change programs

• Preferred: Experience within a PMO or large enterprise setup
