This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end project management for designated compliance initiatives and the compliance components of larger projects.
• Create and uphold project plans, schedules, status dashboards, project charters, scope definitions, milestone frameworks, and control-level implementation tasks.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and propose resolution pathways; escalate as necessary.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure stakeholder accountability across Compliance and other departments.
• Develop and implement change management strategies, encompassing stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, and transitioning to business-as-usual operations.
• Organize Compliance governance forums, leadership meetings, strategic initiative reviews, and executive reporting.
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with the strategic roadmap for the Compliance Department, annual objectives, and multi-year initiatives.
• Manage project health dashboards and consolidated compliance portfolio reporting.
• Convert new regulatory requirements into implementation roadmaps and oversee execution.
• Develop and present KPIs; gather and verify business-unit data, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Create executive presentation decks and project communications.
• Maintain the Compliance SharePoint site and communication resources.
• Keep the Compliance Manual up to date, coordinating reviews, approvals, and publication.
• Oversee compliance policies, procedures, and project documentation.
• Write project documentation, adoption playbooks, training materials, and hand-off plans.
• Conduct lessons-learned retrospectives and generate recommendation reports.
• Implement version control and records retention standards.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Explore opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree directly related to the position or an equivalent qualification is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience is necessary.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications is required.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Capability to accurately perceive, distinguish, and interpret visual and audio information.
• Ability to learn new tasks, retain processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during the business week.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% is required.
