Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases.

• Facilitate the flow of work through operational departments to fulfill litigation project requirements.

• Generate work orders for tasks related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Conduct quality assurance checks for accuracy and completeness prior to delivering work products to clients.

• Keep abreast of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry tools.

• Comprehend Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow-management tools.

• Convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the work request queue for the pod.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives.

• Execute other related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a Master’s or JD is an advantage.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is essential.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic and increasing workload.

• Proficient in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• May be required to be on call occasionally and work evenings and weekends.
