Project Manager – Ciberseguridad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive strategic cybersecurity projects driven by the CISO office.

• Define project scope, planning, deliverables, budget, and monitoring for initiatives related to SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, cloud security, and risk management.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams, external vendors, and partners, ensuring the achievement of objectives and deadlines.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with regulations and security protocols.

• Serve as a liaison between the cybersecurity technical teams and business units.

• Supervise audits, penetration testing, implementation of tools, and projects aimed at enhancing the security posture.

• Establish and report on follow-up indicators (KPI/KRI) to management and security committees.

• Proactively communicate project status and identify potential deviations or impacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent technical discipline.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technological environments.

• At least 2-3 years of experience managing cybersecurity projects, secure infrastructure, or security governance.

• Familiarity with Agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMP, Waterfall).

• Experience with management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of security governance frameworks: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and risk analysis.

• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), network architecture, IAM/PAM, vulnerabilities, and security controls.

• Knowledge of regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, or similar.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• High level of communication, leadership, and interaction with stakeholders.
