Project Manager – Capital & TI Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Leasing, Property Management, and/or Asset Management teams to create space planning, project implementation timelines, and budgets.

• Engage in the selection and onboarding process for architects, engineers, due diligence consultants, contractors, and other project implementation teams.

• Draft, negotiate, and facilitate the execution of agreements with consultants and contractors.

• Participate actively throughout the design process, from test-fit and schematic design to construction documentation.

• Oversee daily execution and provide comprehensive oversight of national Capital Expenditure and Tenant Improvement construction projects.

• Attend and contribute to Owner/Contractor/Architect meetings in person and/or via conference call.

• Regularly monitor and update project budgets and schedules.

• Supervise representative projects and ensure compliance with contracts and client expectations by the project team.

• Coordinate the monthly draw process in collaboration with Accounting and Property Operations teams.

• Assist in establishing best practices and protocols using software and industry tools.

• Build and nurture client relationships.

• Report directly to the EVP of Capital and Tenant Improvement Projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate project management.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.

• Background in Tenant Improvement design and project management.

• Proven experience in managing design consultants and contractors.

• Solid understanding of the monthly project draw and vendor pay application processes.

• Proficient in standard Real Estate transactional documents (Leases, Contracts, Lien waivers, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education is required.

• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint.
