This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams engaged in enterprise business process transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on implementation.
• Develop and oversee project plans; track project progress and timelines; make schedule adjustments and modifications; identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Oversee the daily execution of project workstreams.
• Assist in project planning, monitoring, documentation, and progress updates.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide daily leadership in analyzing requirements, crafting designs, and implementing/configuring cloud-based solutions that support corporate applications.
• Utilize data to generate insights about the organization and its personnel, influencing focus areas and enhancing decision-making processes.
• Organize project meetings with internal and cross-functional teams; prepare meeting materials and deliverables following meetings.
• Identify and address project risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Propel business process improvements through domain knowledge and expertise.
• Recognize opportunities for internal enhancement and create implementation plans in collaboration with teams.
• Work together with various business units to manage resource requests while ensuring alignment with budgets and project timelines.
• Perform administrative duties, including coordinating meeting and workshop logistics, booking rooms, arranging catering, and managing visitor registrations.
• Provide consistent updates on project status and progress.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–10 years of experience in Project Management, delivering solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Experience with agile development tools, such as JIRA.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Robust leadership skills and the capacity to collaborate with various departments and levels within the company.
• Strong technical ability to quickly learn new technologies and internal software systems.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day.
• Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software applications concurrently.
• Must be available five days a week during designated working hours.
