This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.
• Collaborate closely with designated Brand Managers to oversee and coordinate tasks, projects, and initiatives for client brands.
• Convert brand priorities, strategies, client requests, and internal action items into clearly defined projects and tasks complete with owners, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage client-specific projects, including setup, resource allocation, timeline oversight, and progress tracking.
• Oversee projects related to product launches, catalog and listing updates, content and creative initiatives, advertising, pricing and promotions, inventory and supply chain, compliance, reporting, marketplace expansion, and other brand operations.
• Organize, assign, and maintain projects and tasks using Asana.
• Ensure visibility into ongoing projects and tasks; follow up with task owners to keep projects on track.
• Maintain precise project documentation, including status updates, deadlines, project history, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with Advertising, Content, Graphic Design, Catalog, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Equip teams with the necessary information, documentation, and context required to complete their tasks.
• Manage interdependencies between teams and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed in the correct sequence and on schedule.
• Identify risks, delays, resource limitations, ownership gaps, and obstacles; resolve these issues with stakeholders and escalate significant risks to Brand Managers.
• Document and manage action items from meetings and business reviews, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
• Provide Brand Managers with insights into project status, deliverables, deadlines, risks, and any decisions or escalations.
• Recognize workflow inefficiencies and bottlenecks and suggest process enhancements.
• Maintain or exceed department performance standards and KPIs.
• Continue to expand project management knowledge and familiarize yourself with company, department, brand, and industry processes.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary based on business requirements.
• Prior experience in project management, project coordination, operations, account management, or a similar role that involves managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficient in Asana or comparable project/task management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira).
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.
• Proven capability to manage projects from inception to completion and proactively advance deliverables.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to maintain visibility across a substantial volume of tasks and projects.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing business and client demands.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey requirements, expectations, deadlines, risks, and status updates.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, follow up proactively, and maintain accountability without constant supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other similar business productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1-C2).
• Previous experience in e-commerce, Amazon, digital marketplaces, or agencies is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, catalog management, content, advertising, or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates lacking e-commerce or Amazon experience should demonstrate strong project management fundamentals and the ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows.
