Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation process for assigned clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery that meets contractual obligations.

• Create, distribute, and oversee comprehensive project plans, status updates, and dashboards.

• Relay project schedules and status updates to stakeholders and management effectively.

• Proactively manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies until resolution.

• Align customer expectations with the Account Management team.

• Collect, monitor, and report on project financials throughout the project lifecycle.

• Balance time and adapt to shifting priorities for both self and the delivery team.

• Follow the organization's agile software development processes diligently.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment.

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred; relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience may be accepted as a substitute.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems is required.

• Proven experience in coaching, leading, and influencing team members.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with agile development methodology, including applicable roles and processes.

• Competency in using Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and dashboards.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Expertise in stakeholder management.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in learning, task assignments, and new technologies.

• Some experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planview and Mavenlink is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum Software Development practices and tools is preferred.
