Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various customer projects from initiation through implementation, support during commissioning, and project closeout.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and action tracking documents.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering clear and prompt updates on progress.

• Organize technical, commercial, procurement, vendor, and field-service operations.

• Recognize project risks, delays, alterations in scope, and resource limitations, implementing the necessary countermeasures.

• Handle project documentation, deliverables, contracts, change orders, and customer sign-offs.

• Lead project meetings, accurately documenting decisions, actions, responsible parties, and deadlines.

• Promote ongoing improvement by capturing lessons learned and refining project management practices.

• Plan, execute, install, commission, and provide continuous support for projects involving chemical dosing and treatment systems.

• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, engineers, contractors, manufacturing, and field service personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, environmental science, business, or a related area, or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in an industrial, environmental, engineering, construction, chemical, or technical service setting.

• Proven experience in managing multiple customer-facing projects with conflicting priorities.

• Understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control processes.

• Excellent communication skills with customers and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management or ERP software.

• Willingness to travel to customer or project sites up to 25% of the time.

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.

• Experience in water, wastewater, environmental treatment, chemical feed systems, remediation, or industrial processes is a plus.

• Background in coordinating field installations, commissioning, contractors, or technical service teams is beneficial.

• Familiarity with customized or engineered-to-order customer solutions is a plus.
