Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, implement, install, commission, and offer ongoing support for chemical dosing and treatment system projects.

• Oversee multiple customer projects from initiation through execution, commissioning assistance, and project closure.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risk logs, and action trackers.

• Act as the main project liaison for customers, providing timely updates on progress.

• Organize technical, commercial, procurement, vendor, and field-service activities.

• Identify project risks, delays, changes in scope, and resource limitations, and implement countermeasures.

• Manage project documentation, deliverables, contracts, change orders, and customer approvals.

• Lead project meetings and document decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines.

• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, engineers, contractors, manufacturing, and field-service personnel.

• Capture lessons learned and enhance project management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, environmental science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in industrial, environmental, engineering, construction, chemical, or technical service settings.

• Proven experience managing multiple customer-facing projects with competing priorities.

• Understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change control.

• Excellent customer communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management or ERP tools.

• Willingness to travel to customer or project locations up to 25% of the time.

• Preference for candidates located in the MST or PST time zones.

• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is advantageous.

• Experience in water, wastewater, environmental treatment, chemical-feed systems, remediation, or industrial processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with coordinating field installation, commissioning, contractors, or technical service teams is beneficial.

• Understanding of engineered-to-order or customized customer solutions is a plus.
