Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects and internal operations at the convergence of business and technology sectors.

• Delegate tasks to teams and track their progress.

• Develop precise technical specifications.

• Manage and refresh the project backlog.

• Utilize ClickUp and GitHub Projects for project management.

• Establish priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and ownership of tasks.

• Coordinate the efforts of various teams.

• Engage with stakeholders across different levels, including C-suite executives.

• Track project developments and proactively identify risks and obstacles.

• Assist in enhancing and organizing work processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Process Manager, or Operations Manager.

• Background in collaborating with technical teams is advantageous.

• Expertise in using ClickUp.

• Familiarity with GitHub Projects or GitHub Boards.

• Experience in preparing technical specifications and managing backlogs.

• Competence in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple simultaneous processes.

• Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging C-level executives.

• Knowledge of the digital, media buying, or gambling sectors.

• Self-driven, organized, and methodical thinker.

• Poised emotional disposition, adaptable to change, and receptive to feedback.

• Capability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously without constant oversight.
