Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of large-scale customer deployment projects.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage schedules, deliverables, and project milestones.

• Monitor project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.

• Engage in internal and customer meetings, documenting key decisions and relaying follow-up actions.

• Aid in the upkeep of project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Coordinate efforts among engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and operations teams.

• Support site readiness initiatives, which involve logistics planning, resource coordination, and execution tracking.

• Analyze project data and metrics to facilitate project planning and decision-making processes.

• Foster accountability and communication among project stakeholders.

• Cultivate the skills and experience needed to assume greater project responsibilities over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.

• Experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, leadership roles, or relevant work showcasing project coordination, problem-solving, or operational execution.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.

• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• A desire to build a career in project management, operations, construction, robotics, automation, or large-scale system deployment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and work at customer sites.

• Candidates should reside within the Eastern or Central time zones.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and the capability to drive and/or fly to customer and company locations.

• Regular physical activities may include walking, climbing, balancing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

• Potentially required to work at heights and in restricted-access areas.

• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
