Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of SPS Commerce supply chain solutions for clients.

• Utilize best-practice project management methodologies and processes across SPS Commerce initiatives.

• Establish project scope, objectives, business outcomes, and key milestones.

• Manage daily project tasks from the conclusion of the sales process to the transition to customer support.

• Develop and uphold project work schedules.

• Monitor customer requirements and convert customer requests into project deliverables.

• Handle multiple projects while efficiently delivering services.

• Supervise workflow requirements to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Facilitate direct communication between project teams and clients.

• Prioritize project needs and adeptly manage resources.

• Recognize and articulate compelling needs for organizational change and enhancement.

• Engage extensively with clients and internal teams in sales, marketing, functional areas, technology, and support.

• Conduct thorough analyses and integrate strategic objectives as applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Experience in project management.

• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented and quality-focused with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in project management within the retail supply chain ecosystem.

• Preferred: Knowledge of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation.

• Preferred: Experience in developing processes and managing projects within a technology-based service organization.

• Preferred: Ability to lead teams and achieve objectives without direct authority over personnel.

• Preferred: Proven history of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects in the retail supply chain ecosystem.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs.
