Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee collaborative teams of 5–10 individuals across various domains including research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of experiments from conception to execution and analysis.

• Identify potential risks at an early stage and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Develop and uphold a testing roadmap that features 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the rationale behind plans and establish clear expectations.

• Facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Promote clarity, positivity, and momentum while ensuring teams remain focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; adept with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Proactive communication with both clients and team members.

• Capability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Eagerness to understand the reasons behind successes and failures.

• Previous A/B testing experience is not required.

• Formal project management experience is not necessary; training will be provided.
