Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams ranging from 5 to 10 members across various domains including research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Advance A/B testing initiatives from concept through to execution, launch, and subsequent analysis.

• Proactively identify potential risks and facilitate team progress.

• Develop and sustain a testing roadmap featuring 10 to 20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate testing strategies along with their underlying rationale.

• Establish expectations and conduct weekly meetings to update clients on progress and results.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Ensure clarity, positivity, focus, and momentum throughout complex or high-demand projects.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in A/B testing is not necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail with systematic approaches, checklists, and timelines.

• Excellent proactive communication skills, including a tendency to over-communicate.

• Quick learning ability coupled with an interest in technology and design.

• Capability to comprehend the reasons behind successful or unsuccessful outcomes, recognize patterns, and pose insightful questions.
