Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete service delivery process for intricate, high-profile projects from the closure of sales to final handoff.

• Spearhead the rollout of supply chain solutions throughout the customer network.

• Manage ERP integrations and implement agile e-invoicing solutions.

• Oversee daily project tasks related to product and service solution implementation.

• Develop and sustain project work schedules.

• Monitor customer requirements and convert requests into essential deliverables.

• Handle multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• Supervise workflow demands to guarantee adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external clients.

• Prioritize project necessities and manage available resources efficiently.

• Recognize and convey opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Coordinate with multifunctional teams without having direct authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Experience in Project Management within an ERP framework.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Capability to operate with minimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Proven track record of managing several projects at once.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.

• Nice to have: Experience in Project Management within the retail supply chain sector.

• Nice to have: Insight into processes and/or services for identifying issues and generating/evaluating ideas.

• Nice to have: Background in developing processes and managing projects in a technology-driven service organization.

• Nice to have: Ability to lead teams and achieve objectives without direct authority over team members.

• Nice to have: Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain environment.

• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs.
