This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee high-voltage power construction projects, taking full responsibility for their success.
• Manage contractual and financial commitments to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
• Prepare and deliver project budgets, billing, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop, update, and communicate critical-path project schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Engineering teams on procurement strategies and competitive pricing.
• Manage engineering and vendor drawings to ensure timely delivery of design packages.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to contract timelines.
• Address and resolve issues related to projects, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Site Managers regarding received materials, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
• Engage in negotiations with vendors, sales representatives, and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• A college degree is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Construction Project Management.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
• Expect to spend at least 30% of work time traveling to project sites; travel may increase during construction phases.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities to guide, direct, and influence project teams.
• Previous experience with contracts and negotiations is essential.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to comprehend specifications.
• A proactive attitude toward researching and self-learning new topics.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, or P6.
• Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience in civil, construction, mechanical, and electrical fields (Medium to High Voltage) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Compliance with the interview policy that prohibits AI note-takers, recording devices, and real-time transcription software is required.
• Must meet employment authorization requirements associated with E-Verify.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed fairly in accordance with company policy.
