📋 Description

• Implement new modules and capabilities within ServiceNow that align with the strategic priorities of the enterprise.

• Enhance and mature the functionality of previously implemented ServiceNow modules.

• Drive improvements in workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.

• Facilitate integrations with FAA systems and data repositories to support a cohesive system of record.

• Utilize Agile SDLC methodologies to manage enhancements and implementations in ServiceNow.

• Ensure that configurations and architectural decisions are aligned with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Advocate for the reengineering and standardization of FAA business processes.

• Create documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, coupled with 7 years of progressively responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, which includes at least four years of experience as a Project Manager; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience in managing projects using the PMI framework.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship is required.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software is preferred.

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology combined with ten years of experience in executing complex IT software, hardware, or integration projects is preferred.
