This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, document, and effectively complete supply chain technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, dependencies, assumptions, resources, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Utilize Planview and governance tools to manage plans, RAID logs, status reports, forecasts, project artifacts, and decision records.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders across supply chain operations, IS&T, architecture, SAP/ERP, integration, data, warehouse/site teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Oversee project resources, revenue costs, and capital expenses in relation to budgets.
• Maintain precise forecasts and proactively escalate risks as they arise.
• Ensure that change control processes evaluate impacts on cost, timelines, scope, quality, and resources.
• Lead project teams, delegate and monitor tasks, support delivery performance, and align teams with objectives.
• Act as a liaison between customer and supplier organizations.
• Assess and recommend technical or delivery options that align with technology strategies, operational requirements, and business goals.
• Formally conclude, review, and transition projects into Business As Usual (BAU), documenting lessons learned and suggestions for improvement.
• Facilitate supply chain technology changes across RS Group, including warehouse management, order management, transport management, conveyor control, ERP integration, middleware, site migrations, and supplier-led delivery.
• Demonstrated project management experience in delivering supply chain, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing third-party, public-facing, or enterprise-grade technology implementations across multiple locations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain technology environments, including Warehouse Management Systems, Order Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Conveyor Control Systems, and ERP integration.
• Strong project governance skills encompassing planning, RAID management, dependency management, budget tracking, change control, reporting, and project closure discipline.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, systems integrators, managed service providers, or technology partners.
• Ability to coordinate business, technology, site, supplier, and senior stakeholder groups throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to convey technical solutions in clear business terms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks, assign and monitor work activities, meet deadlines, and deliver timely project reporting.
• Proficient in using Planview, Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
