Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +9 more locations.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee interconnected enterprise restaurant technology deployment initiatives.

• Lead both internal and external teams focused on the implementation of restaurant technology.

• Provide project updates to clients and PAR executives.

• Communicate effectively with customers, PAR team members, and third-party partners to ensure project timelines are met.

• Collaborate across PAR to align with strategic goals and business objectives.

• Own project management tasks within the designated scope.

• Address installation-related challenges and escalations, including deployment activities during overnight and weekend hours.

• Oversee and manage enterprise deployment projects, with full accountability for successful completion.

• Establish and sustain cross-functional project leadership involving customers, vendors, and external consultants.

• Identify and manage project issues, risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

• Define, validate, and control project scope while negotiating any changes.

• Direct, motivate, and guide project team members.

• Handle exceptions and escalate issues that impact deployment projects.

• Facilitate discussions with colleagues, customers, and third-party vendors.

• Provide real-time updates and scheduled reports through meetings and dashboards.

• Keep updated on the project's status and communicate changes effectively.

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

• Utilize AI tools to identify risks and dependencies, summarize activities, enhance reporting and documentation, and support data-informed planning with human oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and processes.

• Over 5 years of experience in restaurant management or the restaurant technology sector.

• More than 5 years of direct experience within the enterprise customer domain.

• At least 5 years of project management experience.

• Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• Skills to address project resource challenges.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Adaptability to swiftly changing business demands.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule accommodating various time zones, including overnight or weekend deployment activities and occasional escalations.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jotform, Slack, and Monday.com is preferred.

• Proficient in delivering accurate and timely project reports across various organizational levels, including executive leadership.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills involving customers, vendors, and external consultants.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
