Project Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the main project leader and trusted collaborator for clients, internal teams, and cross-functional groups throughout the deployment process.

• Propel essential customer-facing initiatives from conception to execution.

• Ensure timely project delivery, aligning with budget constraints and strategic goals.

• Supervise project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure activities.

• Create and implement strategies for stakeholder communication, governance, and change management.

• Handle multiple intricate initiatives concurrently.

• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize strategic investments and develop scalable project management practices.

• Define, prioritize, and carry out strategic technology implementation projects.

• Convert business objectives into actionable project plans with defined deliverables, milestones, success metrics, and timelines.

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs through deployment and closure phases.

• Establish governance frameworks and facilitate decision-making among stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation projects.

• Facilitate customer meetings, progress reviews, training sessions, and readiness evaluations.

• Support customer adoption, change management, and realization of business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain project charters, work plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.

• Facilitate steering committee and executive governance meetings.

• Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and deliverables.

• Identify, monitor, and address project risks and challenges.

• Conduct operational analyses, process mapping, workflow assessments, and data-driven evaluations.

• Define, measure, and report on KPIs and project success metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Lead cross-functional teams across various business units and functional spheres.

• Influence decisions and outcomes through collaboration rather than through direct authority.

• Build relationships with executive leadership, customer stakeholders, and operational teams.

• Provide expertise in project management and mentorship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in leading complex, high-visibility business or technology implementation projects.

• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects that yield measurable business results.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

• PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

• Experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting organization is preferred.

• Background in implementing technology, automation, digital, or operational transformation solutions is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, supply chain, logistics, or regulated industries is preferred.

• Formal training or proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

• Experience in leading customer-facing technology implementations and change management initiatives is preferred.
