Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of various high-complexity projects while maintaining balance among scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Collaborate with clients to set expectations, manage alterations, and direct efforts towards agreed-upon results.

• Convert program objectives into actionable plans for multidisciplinary teams.

• Coordinate strategy, creative, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams effectively.

• Manage interdependencies across different workstreams and solution areas.

• Lead project kickoffs and essential working sessions.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, resource requirements, and capacity planning.

• Develop and sustain project plans and timelines in collaboration with Agile delivery teams.

• Track project health and relay progress to internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to defined scope and support thoughtful modifications.

• Recognize delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Escalate issues and assist teams in overcoming challenges.

• Conclude projects with an emphasis on quality, lessons learned, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in managing complex projects within digital, marketing, technology, or consulting settings.

• Proficient in project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.

• Strong communication skills with client stakeholders and internal leaders.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

• Familiarity with Jira, monday.com, and Workday is preferred.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Experience managing work that spans marketing technology platforms or CRM ecosystems is a plus.

• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or analytics-driven delivery models is a plus.

• Background in integrated marketing, digital services, or consulting-style environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of platform-based delivery and cross-channel customer experience programs is a plus.
