Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage multiple simultaneous creative projects with established timelines, resource plans, and feedback cycles.

• Utilize and enhance the project stack: Productive.io, Notion, and Slack.

• Convert SOWs into effective task structures, timelines, and production workflows.

• Ensure project profitability through diligent time tracking and scope management.

• Oversee onboarding, communication, and delivery processes with external freelancers.

• Maintain client clarity and confidence throughout the delivery process.

• Coordinate creative and digital studio teams, tools, and production workflows.

• Proactively identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

• Continuously refine and enhance project systems and processes.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, with minimal revisions, and high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a project manager or producer position within a creative or digital studio.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Proven experience in managing video projects.

• In-depth understanding of studio workflows (brand, web, social, motion).

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Productive.io, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.

• High degree of autonomy and sound judgment.

• Nice-to-have: Experience in managing offshore resources or 24/7 workflows.

• Nice-to-have: Background in creative production, design operations, or studio management.

• Nice-to-have: Technical proficiency, including familiarity with Figma, development cycles, or AI tools.
