This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete execution of enterprise application projects, encompassing scoping, requirements gathering, design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Manage the planning, configuration, and deployment of ERP modules and their integration with internal business applications.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to implement AI-driven delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models within business operations.

• Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to align expectations, establish KPIs, and drive organizational change management.

• Recognize project dependencies, technical obstacles, and budgetary risks, while developing effective countermeasures.

• Facilitate agile/scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of focused project management experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

• Demonstrated success in managing projects that incorporate AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines.

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies alongside traditional Waterfall project governance.

• High level of proficiency with contemporary project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Asana.

• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, value-focused language for C-suite stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in Salesforce implementation or structural knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Practical experience with AI-driven productivity tools is preferred.
