Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the execution of enterprise application projects, spanning from initial scoping and requirements gathering to design, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-launch support.

• Manage the planning, configuration, and rollout of ERP modules alongside integrations with internal business applications.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI-powered delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models into business operations.

• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to set expectations, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate organizational change management.

• Recognize project dependencies, technical obstacles, and budgetary risks, and develop countermeasures to uphold timelines and quality standards.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of focused project management experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

• Demonstrated success in managing projects related to AI core concepts, large language model integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines.

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies, in addition to traditional Waterfall project governance.

• Advanced proficiency with contemporary project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana).

• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical architectures in clear, value-oriented terms for C-suite stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not mandatory.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly regarded.

• Practical experience with AI-driven productivity tools within project delivery workflows is preferred.
