Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the execution process for enterprise application projects, encompassing scoping, requirements gathering, design, implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-launch support.

• Supervise the planning, configuration, and implementation of ERP modules and their integration with internal business applications.

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven delivery methodologies, automation solutions, and machine learning models into business operations.

• Engage with executive leadership and cross-functional business leaders to align expectations, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and promote organizational change to enhance user adoption.

• Identify dependencies, technical obstacles, and budgetary risks within projects, and develop strategies to ensure adherence to timelines and maintain quality.

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Serve as a liaison between technical engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of the technical ecosystem with organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of focused project management experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in managing core business applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

• A proven history of managing projects that incorporate AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines.

• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies alongside conventional Waterfall project governance.

• High level of proficiency with contemporary project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana).

• Exceptional executive presence, capable of translating complex technical architectures into clear, value-oriented language for C-suite stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge or experience with Salesforce is a preferred qualification, though not mandatory.

• Practical familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools is desired.

• This role is remote within Europe, with a location preference for Denmark.
